Tips and tricks:

  • To view expired contracts, click on the Show expired toggle at the top right corner of the lanes table.
  • Use the Download button at the top right corner to download the current view to a .csv document.
  • To view a cluster breakdown, click on the cluster. A drawer will pop out on the right hand side with the zip, city, and state geographies within the cluster.
  • Not seeing a milage or price? For rate per mile (RPM) contracts, Convoy relies on shipper provided milage to calculate the lane price. If milage and price are missing on a given lane, reach out to your account team to confirm milage and Convoy will update for you.
  • What does Address (Unavailable) mean under the Origin or Destination field mean? Some Convoy lanes are priced and listed under a specific facility address which will not be reflected in the Convoy lanes table. To get details on lanes like this, contact your account team.
