What should I expect during a scheduled site maintenance?

Every once in a while we have to make some updates where the website may be down. Although you may not be able to access the website, don't fret!

What is NOT impacted:

  • Load emails will still be sent
  • Loads in progress will still be moved
  • Active coverage requests will continue to process

What is impacted:

  • Access to the Convoy website, you may be unable to login into your account 
  • Carriers may not be able to bid on existing coverage requests
  • Carriers may not be able to reply to coverage requests
 
When site maintenance is scheduled, we'll let you know when the the site will be down and for how long using a notice banner within the product. Reach out to convoyshippersupport@convoy.com with any questions.
