Shippers can change their password by going to https://connect.convoy.com/login and selecting Reset your password under the login credential fields.
When you request a password reset, Convoy will send a link to the email that you provided to set a new password. You will be able to login immediately.
In order to protect your privacy, we temporarily lock accounts after several unsuccessful login attempts. If you find yourself locked out of your account, no worries! You will be able to retry login after 30 minutes.
