Shipment completion and Bill of Lading (BOL) receipt

Once a shipment tendered to Convoy has been completed, and the BOL has been submitted by the carrier and verified by the Convoy team, a photo of the BOL will be uploaded to the document details for your reference. To download, navigate to the Documents tab of the load's Shipment Overview page. If you have any questions about proof of delivery (POD), please email Convoy’s support team at [e-mail].
