Shipment Overview

Now it’s easier than ever to review shipment details and manage them while it’s en route.

Track your shipment directly on the overview page by reviewing the truck on a map or by clicking Tracking to see exact status updates.

Cancel your shipment by clicking into the three dots menu and selecting Cancel.

Review facility details within the overview page by simply clicking into the facility name.

Convoy TMS users are also able to edit their shipment if the load is not tendered to Convoy. If the load is tendered to Convoy and a driver has already been assigned, then you will need to reach out to [e-mail] or your operations team and Convoy will help make the change.
