Shipment status updates and alerts

Convoy will send you, the shipment creator, an email notification for the following shipment events:

• Convoy has confirmed the shipment is accepted 
• Convoy has assigned a truck to the shipment
• The driver has arrived at pickup
• The driver has completed pickup
• The driver has arrived at delivery 
• The driver has complete delivery and shipment is complete

You can also follow along on the live map here.

Convoy TMS users will receive additional email notifications for the following shipment events: 

• Carrier bid/declined/updated on a request for Coverage
• Carrier accepted/rejected the tender you awarded

If the load is not assigned to Convoy then the TMS user will not receive the following: 

• The driver has arrived at pickup
• The driver has completed pickup
• The driver has arrived at delivery 
• The driver has complete delivery and shipment is complete
