How do I change shipment details after it has been built?

Shipments can be duplicated or cancelled anytime. Shippers can request other changes be made to a shipment by emailing shipperdirectsupport@convoy.com

If you would like to make changes to a shipment in the Convoy TMS after the load has been assigned to a carrier, you can make updates to the shipment within the platform: 

  • Click View on the shipment you need to update in the dashboard
  • Make the appropriate changes to your shipment and select Save Changes
  • A prompt will appear. Here you can send a personalized message to your carrier and notify them of your load changes.
